You can book a limited number of travellers per transaction on the website. As we have a wide range of offerings, each offering may limit the maximum number. Infant only bookings cannot be made online and unaccompanied minor bookings also need to be made via our call centre or via our offices.
All reservations, including modifications and cancelations are subject to the Terms and Conditions, Customer Care Policy and General Conditions of Carriage.
You may require a visa for travel to some destinations to and via which you are required to travel due to the booking you have made through the spacetown website. It is your responsibility to obtain such visas required for travel. You must also have a valid passport for the duration of the travel and the expiry date of your passport must be acceptable to all the countries you enter. More information on the passport and visa requirements is available at the embassy of the country or countries you will be travelling to.
The fares quoted may not include the individual charges such as departure taxes, passenger service charges, and airport taxes, imposed by airport or aeronautical authorities of the countries you are visiting. You will be required to pay them directly to the charging authorities. These shall be communicated at the time of booking.
You are also advised to check with your doctor whether you are required to undergo immunization prior to entry or stopover in the countries to and through which you will be travelling. Some countries require that you have adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ascertain these requirements and to fulfill such requirements.
1.Tickets
The reservation confirmation SPACETOWN send by e-mail, after the booking, the travel document and shall be included in the trip. The confirmation is all important information as booking reference, flight number and travel times. We also recommend the traveler to print a schedule via the link provided in the confirmation.
Flights must be used in chronological order and no stretch can be renounced. If the passenger fails to attend any stretch, the remaining part of the trip is canceled by the airline. This framework is outside SPACETOWNs control.
Tickets with separate reservation number is always handled as individual trips independently. SPACETOWN is not responsible for missed connection or non-repayment of separate tickets for schedule changes, delays or cancellations.
2.flight times
All flight times shown are local. Upon arrival the next day, it appears as +1 on schedule. The flight times of confirmation is preliminary and may change at short notice. Therefore, the traveler must keep himself updated about airline changes.
3.Low (Low Cost Carrier)
Once a reservation has been sent two confirmations by email, one from us and one from the airline. It is necessary from the airline at check-in. Please note that some airlines calls to check in via their website then there may be a charge for checking in at the airport
All contact current bookings marked with low (Low Cost Carrier) takes place directly between the traveler and the airline. SPACETOWN act only as an intermediary and can not answer questions like luggage, renovation and cancellation policies. Any schedule changes are handled directly by the airline.
Read and accept the travel conditions before purchase.
Before the implementation of the purchase, check the spelling of the passenger’s name matches the spelling in the passport. Flights are personal and it is not possible to change an existing reservation.
Contact SPACETOWN immediately if the confirmation does not come to you via email within minutes of booking. As soon as the acknowledgment come to you by e-mail, make sure the information is correct. If in doubt, notify SPACETOWN immediately. Outside of our office hours, please contact the airline, hotel or rental car supplier company directly to check whether any adjustments are possible.
Regularly monitor the e-mail address, then all correspondence from us via e-mail.
Continuously check flight times and any schedule changes for both the outward and return journey.
Check with the respective airlines from the airport terminal departure is from.
Check your visa, travel documents and documents of final destination and for any intermediate stops. This is done via the respective country’s embassy as well as those airlines that perform the journey.
Check which vaccinations are needed for the trip.
Check passport regulations and the passport expiry date, as some countries require that your passport is valid for at least six months after returning home.
Check the current check-in times for the entire trip. We recommend to check in at the airport at least 1.5 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 2.5 hours for international flights.
1.Change of schedule
Airlines may, outside SPACETOWNs control and on short notice, to change their schedules and set the air. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check flight times for outward and return journeys, which are made directly through the airlines.
SPACETOWN is not responsible for providing information about schedule changes or cancellations. We are not liable for cancellation due to environmental disaster, act of war, strikes or other unpredictable event. If the traveler hit by injury, should the claim be directed toward the airline.
If the schedule change means late arrival to the hotel or rental car company, the traveler must contact the hotel or rental car company to communicate this.

2.Passport and visa
The traveler is responsible to have a valid passport already at the time of booking. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to hold a visa to final destination and any visas at intermediate stops / airport transfers. The traveler is responsible for any costs incurred due to deficiencies in the said formalities. It is important that passengers check the passport, visa and transit visa satisfies both countries and airline requirements. SPACETOWN recommend that the passport should always be included on all trips.
For all trips to or through the US require an approved entry permit (ESTA) and machine-readable passport.
For travel to some countries, there are specific rules applicable booked a return ticket. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check with the respective country’s embassy as well as the airlines.
3.Vaccination
It is the traveler’s responsibility to hold complete vaccinations and other necessary formalities required for travel to the country the traveler planning to visit. Any costs associated with the above are paid by the traveler.
Price changes / malfunction
SPACETOWN reserves the technical errors and price changes that are outside our control. We reserve the right to within 24 hours, please contact the passenger for any changes made reservation. If technical problems arise in connection with the weekend or during the weekend, we will contact the traveler the following working day. SPACETOWN reserves the right to cancel the reservation with technical problems and price errors which are beyond our control. Should this happen, the traveler via email.
Combination of single tickets (One-way combination)
Trips marked with “One Way combination” consists of two one-way trips. Although the distances are booked together they are independent of each other. This means that each segment is treated separately for cancellations, changes and disruptions such as strikes and schedule changes. Each airline’s rules apply.
minimum Age
To make a reservation at SPACETOWN you must be 18 years old.
Unaccompanied children
SPACETOWN not convey tickets for unaccompanied children. Children under 18 must be booked in an adult. Some countries and carriers do not allow entry into the country for children under 18 unaccompanied by parent or guardian.
Infant
Children between 0-2 years traveling as infants and awarded no own seat. If the infant turns two years before the journey ends, a child ticket booked for the entire trip. Babies can not be booked before birth when the correct name and date of birth must match the passport. We do not book baby afterwards. SPACETOWN not reimburse any costs incurred in connection with the wrong type of ticket booked from the start.Requests for baby food, baby cradle or the like can not be guaranteed.
Taxes
The ticket price is shown, including airport taxes. On departure from some airports have a avreseskatt paid in cash. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check this information.
Transportation and hotel for airport transfers or date
Any ground transportation and accommodation during the trip is not included in the fare. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check schedules and prices. This also applies to changes in airline schedules.
Changeover time at the stopover
Trips booked through SPACETOWN has approved changing times. The time for changes at the intermediate stops is computed by the airlines. If a flight segment is facing a delay, at a consistently booking, airlines are obliged to help the traveler to the final destination.
When booking separate tickets, the airlines have no responsibility for delays leading to missed connection. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check that switching time is sufficient according to airlines and airports.
double booking
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that any double bookings canceled regardless of where it is made. The traveler could otherwise airline without warning canceled the double booking. SPACETOWN is not responsible for airline cancellations or no-refund in connection with this.
Luggage
SPACETOWN is not responsible for baggage costs not included in the fare. Any delays or damage to baggage must be reported immediately to the airline’s representatives at the airport.
Loyalty Cards
You can enter your bonus card at time of booking when you fill in your personal details like name, etc. We provide only your information and is not responsible for the bonus registered with the concerned airline. All airline tickets are not bonus-based and this controls you always directly with the airline.
Premium Economy, Business, First Class
This service can only be purchased at time of booking. Depending on the airline choices, the service can sometimes be offered only on portions of the flight. Provided services board differs between the different airlines. For specific information, refer to the airline websites. SPACETOWN can not be held responsible if the airline changes the aircraft type or book a cabin class which causes changes in service provision or downgrade. Any complaints must be made directly to the respective airlines.

To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both destination and return trips. If the infant is 24 months old or above on the return trip, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
Spacetown is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will keep you informed of any changes. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
Spacetown reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing any Spacetown service. Spacetown further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing any Spacetown service.
Spacetown reserves the right of eventual airline bankruptcy
Passengers need to check-in at least 3 hours prior to international flight departures, otherwise they will be considered a no-show.
As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours prior to departure.
Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.
It is your responsibility to carry the appropriate travel documents which includes: a valid passport; visa for your destination; valid transit visa in case you are transiting through a destination that requires you to have a transit visa; and any immigration clearance required by your country. Spacetown will not be held responsible incase you are denied boarding.
Spacetown can assist you with amendments to most bookings but in some cases you'll need to contact the airline directly.
Every booking made on Spacetown is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Spacetown charges an amendment handling fee.
We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is made.
Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
Every booking made on Spacetown is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, Spacetown charges a service fee per passenger per journey for all cancellations.
Only cancellation requests made by phone or through our online request form shall be entertained. Spacetown shall not be liable for any cancellation requests made through any other medium including (but not limited to) letter mail, social media, etc.
Online cancellations: We currently do not support online cancellations, but are working hard to make that happen very soon.
Offline cancellations: We currently only accept cancellation requests through phone or our online request form.

If you have done an online or phone check-in (also known as a 'Web/Tele Check-in') with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Spacetown will not be able to process the refund and cannot not take any responsibility for cancellations made directly between the passenger or the airline.
For any cancellation made by you, for which a refund is already processed and if it is found that you have in fact used or made changes to the ticket on the same PNR directly with the airline, Spacetown reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you.

It is mandatory to contact Spacetown for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked from spacetown.se.
Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg: only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take 25 to 30 working days depending on the airline.
Spacetown shall refund your booking amount after deducting cancellation charges after the respective airline or service povider processes your eligible refund.
Some citizens would need an OK to Board status on their PNR and booking to visit any some countries
This is applicable for all paper visas and not for the ones stamped on your passport.
Travel on Hajj or Umrah flights (or 4 digit flights) to and from Jeddah and Medina is permitted only for GCC nationals (excluding Saudi nationals) or for passengers holding a valid UMRAH or HAJJ visa. These flights are designated for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims flying into Saudi, therefore passengers without a Hajj or Umrah visa will not be permitted to board these flights (including Saudi nationals who will have other domestic flight options instead). It is the passenger’s responsibility to travel with all required documents.

In order to receive a Hajj visa you need a valid return ticket. Pilgrims can enter Saudi Arabia from Jeddah or Medina airports only. You can exit Saudi Arabia from Jeddah or Medina airports only.
For passengers that book a series of one-way tickets (e.g. separate ticketing), passengers need to check if the Minimum Connection Time (MCT) is enough between flights. Spacetown might provide different airlines as a cost effective option but Spacetown would not be responsible if any one of the airlines rescheduled the itinerary that would result in a shorter connection time, thereby risking a missed flight. To avoid any issues be sure to either book a return flight (and the airline will manage the MCT for you) or that you have adequate time during your connection or layover to catch your next flight.
